Right of withdrawal
Here we present you the legal return policy that applies to your purchases. For brackets, brackets or publicity products, you have a return period of 14 days within which you can return your items.
Please note, however, that drawings by Mikhail are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are unique pieces that are only available once. Therefore, these special products are excluded from return.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you has taken possession of the order confirmation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [name of the entrepreneur, address, telephone number and e-mail address] by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the model revocation form or another clear statement electronically on our website (insert Internet address). If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged a fee for this repayment.
Drawings by Michail are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Zeichnung by Michail are unique and uniquely available and excluded from the right of objection.
